Bonnie Louise Follett, 65, of Elgin, died June 8, at her grandson's home in Salem after a lengthy illness. A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Christian Life Center in Elgin.
Bonnie was born Feb. 14, 1944, to Thomas and Louise Duncan in El Central California. Bonnie was raised and attended school in Elgin and lived there all of her adult life.
She was married to Roger Follett for 46 years and is survived by her son, Ted and his wife, Marcie, of Albany; son, Bill and his wife, Kasumi, of Japan; six grandchildren; one sister and one brother.
