Cherrie Cupinski

Cherrie F. Cupinski, age 89, of Cove died April 23, 2004 at her home. A private family service will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Cupinski was born on February 4, 1915, in Coos Bay, Oregon to William and Lilian Theriault Ede. She attended school in Myrtle Point, Oregon and on October 7, 1931 she married Albert Cupinski in Coquille.

She was a homemaker and came to and came to Cove in 2000 to be closer to family. In Myrtle Point she had been a member of the Friendly Neighbors and the Saddle Club, and volunteered at the museum. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, embroidery and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband of La Grande; children, Verona "Bonnie" Lindgren-Milton of Newport and Claudia Tietsort of Fruitland, Idaho; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. An infant sister died earlier.
