Geraldine Louise Sheasly

Geraldine Louise Sheasly, 73, of La Grande, died Nov. 30 in Gresham of natural causes. There are no services planned at this time. Scattering of her ashes will be at the beach next summer.

Geraldine was born July 17, 1937, to Arthur and Edna (Scholfield) Sheasly in Portland. She graduated from David Douglas High School in Portland, and lived in Portland, Burns and Tillamook before making her home in La Grande.

Lou enjoyed bingo, cards, garage sales, watching television and taking rides. She once won a red ribbon for cactus at the Union County Fair.

She is survived by her brother and his wife, Robert and Denise Sheasly of Cove; her nieces and nephews and their spouses; five great-nieces; and two great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Edna; and her brother, William Sheasly.
