James Edward Bovard, age 86 of Union, died Sunday at his home. He was an American Patriot. A graveside service will held on Thursday, October 1, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Union Cemetery. Those who wish may make contributions in his memory to the GRH Hospice in care of Daniels~Knopp Funeral, Cremation & Life Celebration Center, 1502 7th Street in La Grande.
