Janice R. Lockwood

Janice R. Lockwood, age 62, of La Grande, died April 9, 2005 of natural casues at a local care center. Viewing will be from noon to 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Loveland Funeral Chapel. A celebration of life and graveside service will begin at 2:30 p.m. at the Summerville Cemetery.

Mrs. Lockwood was born June 28, 1942, to Dix and Leah Hansen Rogers in La Grande. She was the owner of a local second-hand store for several years. She enjoyed fishing, camping, the outdoors, arts and crafts and trips to the Wildhorse Casino.

Survivors include her sister, Sherry Royston of La Grande; a stepbrother, Jeff Powell of Moses Lake, Washington and other relatives. A brother died earlier.
