Mabel Anna Kunz, 98, of rural Joseph, died Jan. 28 at Wallowa Valley Care Center. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church in Enterprise.
She was born July 24, 1912, to Frank and Emma Meyersick in Hancock County, Ill. She married Aldo Peter Kunz Aug. 5, 1935.
Mabel is survived by her three children and their spouses, Aldo and Louise Kunz Jr. of Joseph, Marilyn and Ted Gastin of Wallowa and Martha Smith of Echo; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers and one sister.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wallowa Valley Care Center.
