Paul W. Northcutt

Paul W. Northcutt, age 84, of La Grande, died June 15, 2008 at a hospital in Boise with his family by his side. No services are planned at this time. A celebration of life will be held in Arizona at a later date. Daniels~Knopp Funeral, Cremation & Life Celebration Center is in charge of arrangements.

Paul was born on March 28, 1924, the son of Shelby and Edith (Ford) Northcutt in Three Sand, Oklahoma. He was a veteran of World War II, where he earned several medals, including the Purple Heart. He spent most of his life as a truck driver.

Paul is survived by his companion, Helen Cochrane; brother, Lon Northcutt of Island City; son, Rocky Northcutt of Phoenix Arizona; daughters, Barbara Collie of Tonto Basin, Arizona, Wanda Leatherwood of Buffalo, Missouri, Sandra Brokow of Modesto, California, Paullett Priest of Redding, California and Linda Northcutt of Modesto, California; 16 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
