Percy W. Cecil, 87, of La Grande, died March 19 at a local care facility. A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. March 27 at Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory. Viewing will be from 5 to 7 p.m. March 26 at Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory. Internment will be at Heppner Cemetery. A complete obituary will be published at a later date.
