Randall Dean Conrad, 57, of Union, died unexpectedly at the Grande Ronde Hospital Oct. 2.
The VFW will present a ceremony in honor of Mr. Conrad at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at the Union Cemetery. All people who would like to attend are welcome.
He was born on Aug 31, 1950, to Robert and Camille Conrad in La Grande. On May 8, 1982, he married Donna Zerber in Nampa, Idaho. He entered the U.S. Army in September 1969, serving in Vietnam until his honorable discharge in March 1971.
He is survived by his wife, Donna of Union and brother, Stephen Conrad of Nampa.
