Stewart Erwin Campbell, 64, of Elgin died March 22 at a hospital in Walla Walla. A private family service will be conducted.
Mr. Campbell was born Nov. 15, 1941, to Lyle and Lauretta Harrison Campbell in Seattle. He attended school there, and married Elaine Peters in Kent, Wash., in 1985. They moved to Elgin in 1995. He enjoyed working on diesel motors and model railroads.
Survivors include his wife of Elgin; a son, Mark Campbell of Kalama, Wash., two grandchildren; and a sister, Susan Lockhart of Sumner, Wash.
