Terry William Rhea

Terry William Rhea, 38, of La Grande, died Aug. 14 at his residence. A celebration of life was held Aug. 19.

Terry was born Feb. 15, 1972, to Kerry Rhea and June L. Miller in La Grande. He graduated from Newport High School in 1991. His favorite activities were hanging out with friends and riding street bikes, jet skis, ATVs and snowmobiles. He enjoyed living life in the fast lane. He would tell you, "Go big or go home."

Terry's family says he was an excellent delegator and an expert at the gift of gab. Terry considered his friends to be part of his family. He was a brother to all of his friends.

Survivors include his parents, Kerry Rhea and June Miller; siblings, Lyndie Rhea Hamlin, Jennifer Moore, Jessica Pires, Joshua Rhea and Jeremy Rhea; grandparents, Howard and Irene Fager; two aunts; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Bill and Tina Rhea.
