Theazora "Grace" Johnson Moores

Theazora "Grace" Johnson Moores, 85, of Wallowa, died Sept. 27 at Nampa, Idaho. Graveside services will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Wallowa Cemetery.

Grace was born Jan. 30, 1924, to Grover and Zora Johnson in Wallowa. She married Roy Moores in Payette, Idaho, in 1941. They raised three children. Roy preceded Grace in death in 1996. They lost their son Michael in 2007.

Grace is survived by daughter, Mary Ann Andersen (Phillip) of Auburn, Wash.; son, Melville Moores of Portland; daughter-in-law, Marilee Moores of Caldwell, Idaho; several grandchildren; three great-grandsons; three great-granddaughters; brother, Tom Johnson of Wallowa; sister, Maybeth Wilson Monroe; and many nieces and nephews.
