Wilfred Henry Paradies, age 86, of La Grande, died September 19, 2005 at his home. There will be no service.
Mr. Paradies was born October 20, 1918 to Charles and Minnie (Krueger) Paradies in Chicago. He lived in Chicago and Aurora, Illinois and had moved to La Grande a year ago. He served in the Army during World War II and was a member of the Lutheran church.
Survivors include his wife, Thais; children and their spouses, David Paradies of Los Osos, California, Timothy and Kathy Paradies of Astoria and Kristin Smith of La Grande and three grandchildren.
