Glen Alexander Obituary

Glen "Pug" Alexander, age 95, of Cove, died Friday, June 28, 2002, at the Grande Ronde Hospital.
At his request there will be no public services. Private interment will be held at the Cove Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Daniels Chapel of the Valley.

Mr. Alexander was born on May 26, 1907, the son of George and Hattie (Sweet) Alexander in Cove. He attended Cove Public Schools and farmed and ranched on High Valley Road in Cove.

Mr. Alexander was a great outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also had a great love of animals.

Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Eight brothers and sisters preceded him in death.

Those who wish may make contributions in memory of Mr. Alexander to the GRH Home Care Services in care of Daniels Chapel of the Valley, 1502 7th Street, La Grande, Oregon 97850.
